First snowboard experience and the beginning of a long personal connection with the sport.
A long-term journey shaped by curiosity: how people learn movement, how indoor training transfers to snow and how coaching can create independence.
Andrew’s relationship with snowboarding began in the 1990s, including early experience on alpine hard-boot equipment. The fascination was not only with the sport, but with how movement, equipment and terrain interact.
First snowboard experience and the beginning of a long personal connection with the sport.
Head Coach at Urban Ski, developing intensive experience on the revolving indoor slope.
Instructor education, mountain coaching, camps and an expanding network of coach educators.
A connected ski and snowboard development system spanning Singapore, Shenzhen and Japan.

The revolving slope made it possible to observe far more movement cycles than a typical lift-served lesson. It became a laboratory for testing cues, tasks and progression sequences.
The current vision is larger than one coach or one lesson format: help more people learn skiing and snowboarding through clearer education, connected training environments and technology-supported progression.
High-quality personal feedback and long-term development.
